Join our growing team as a Warehouse Worker in Colorado Springs, Colorado! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to support our expanding logistics operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient movement and storage of goods. Your primary duties will include receiving incoming shipments, accurately stocking inventory, picking customer orders, packing items for dispatch, and assisting with outgoing shipments. This position demands a keen eye for detail, physical stamina for tasks involving significant Lifting, and a strong commitment to workplace Safety. Previous experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial, but our training program is designed to equip all new hires with the necessary skills. Strict adherence to all Safety protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is non-negotiable. Responsibilities:
- Unload, identify, and stock incoming materials.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping.
- Maintain optimal warehouse organization and cleanliness.
- Conduct routine inventory checks and assist with stock management.
- Operate forklifts and other relevant machinery with proficiency.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure proper use of PPE.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
