Are you an experienced professional looking for a challenging role in inventory management? Our San Francisco, California facility is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. In this critical position, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory records. Your duties will include conducting cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, performing inventory adjustments, and ensuring that our warehouse management system (WMS) is up-to-date. A thorough understanding of inventory control principles and best practices is essential. This role requires strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You will collaborate with warehouse operations and logistics teams to resolve inventory issues promptly. We are committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, and adherence to all Safety protocols is mandatory. This role may require occasional Lifting of up to 25 lbs and wearing appropriate PPE , such as safety glasses and gloves. Proficiency in WMS software and Microsoft Excel is highly desirable. The ability to analyze data and identify trends will be key to success in this position. Your contribution will significantly impact our Logistics operations, ensuring smooth and accurate product flow.
