In this vital role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the outbound shipping process, ensuring that orders are accurately prepared, documented, and dispatched on time. Your duties will include verifying shipping orders against inventory, preparing shipping labels and documentation, coordinating with carriers, and maintaining shipping records. A strong understanding of shipping procedures and carrier requirements is essential. You'll work closely with the warehouse and logistics departments to ensure seamless operations. The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment is a must. We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual who is committed to accuracy and customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. You will be responsible for ensuring all shipments comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. Experience with shipping software and systems is highly desirable. This role is central to our Logistics operations and requires a dedication to maintaining high standards. You will be required to wear appropriate PPE , such as safety vests and gloves, to ensure your well-being. The ability to perform tasks requiring moderate physical exertion, including occasional Lifting of up to 30 lbs, will be necessary.
