This role is fundamental to our success, involving the handling of goods within our distribution center. You'll be involved in various tasks such as receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. A strong commitment to **safety** is essential, and you will be trained on all **safety** procedures and the correct use of **PPE**. This is a physically demanding role that requires consistent **Lifting** and movement. - Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequences.
- Read production schedules, customer orders, or requisitions to determine items to be picked.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
- Identify and report damaged, faulty, or missing stock.
- Perform general housekeeping and tidying of the warehouse.
- Follow all **safety** guidelines, including the use of **PPE**.
- Engage in **Lifting** and moving of various items up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to efficient **logistics** by maintaining organization.
Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required; we provide training. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and **Lifting** for extended periods. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals. Understanding of **safety** principles and willingness to adhere to them. Basic **logistics** awareness is a plus. Team player mentality with a strong work ethic.
