In this role, you will be instrumental in the efficient movement and storage of goods within our state-of-the-art distribution center. Your responsibilities will span various warehouse functions, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This role involves frequent **Lifting** of items up to 50 lbs and requires standing for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all **safety** guidelines and procedures, including the mandatory use of **PPE**.
- Participate in inventory counts and checks.
- Assist with **Lifting** and moving of materials as required, sometimes exceeding 50 lbs with assistance.
Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and **Lifting**. Strong attention to detail and commitment to **safety**. Basic understanding of warehouse operations and **logistics**. Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
