We are hiring a Picker/Packer for our busy warehouse in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma! This role is fundamental to our ability to meet customer demands and maintain efficient logistics. You will be responsible for accurately selecting products from inventory based on customer orders and then carefully packing them for shipment. This position requires speed, accuracy, and a commitment to quality control. Responsibilities:
- Accurately retrieve specified items from warehouse inventory using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Package products securely and appropriately for safe transit.
- Apply correct shipping labels and documentation to all packages.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area according to established safety procedures.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and stock checks to ensure accuracy.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Meet or exceed established productivity and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience as a picker, packer, or in a similar warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to perform lifting up to 40 lbs consistently.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
- Team-oriented and able to communicate effectively.
