Job Summary:
Join our growing team as a Fulfillment Associate in Des Moines, Iowa. This role is central to our e-commerce operations, responsible for efficiently processing and preparing customer orders for shipment. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in picking, packing, and managing inventory to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented individuals who prioritize **safety** and uphold our standards, using appropriate **PPE** in our **logistics** facility.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from inventory based on customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
  • Package items securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate shipping materials.
  • Verify order accuracy before packaging and shipping.
  • Process shipments using shipping software and prepare packages for carriers.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming merchandise.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and **safety**-compliant work area.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including mandatory **PPE** usage.
  • Contribute to inventory accuracy through cycle counts and discrepancy reporting.
  • Meet established productivity and quality performance standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
  • Ability to read and understand order fulfillment instructions.
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform **Lifting** of items up to 40 lbs.
  • Familiarity with warehouse **logistics** and order processing.
  • Knowledge of **PPE** and a strong commitment to workplace **safety**.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills.
