Join our growing team as a Fulfillment Associate in Des Moines, Iowa. This role is central to our e-commerce operations, responsible for efficiently processing and preparing customer orders for shipment. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in picking, packing, and managing inventory to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented individuals who prioritize **safety** and uphold our standards, using appropriate **PPE** in our **logistics** facility.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Package items securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate shipping materials.
- Verify order accuracy before packaging and shipping.
- Process shipments using shipping software and prepare packages for carriers.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming merchandise.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and **safety**-compliant work area.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including mandatory **PPE** usage.
- Contribute to inventory accuracy through cycle counts and discrepancy reporting.
- Meet established productivity and quality performance standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand order fulfillment instructions.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Ability to perform **Lifting** of items up to 40 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse **logistics** and order processing.
- Knowledge of **PPE** and a strong commitment to workplace **safety**.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
