We are hiring a Distribution Center Associate for our Orlando, Florida facility. This is a dynamic role that involves a variety of tasks to support the efficient flow of goods through our distribution center. You will be instrumental in receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping operations, contributing to the overall success of our logistics network. We value a strong work ethic and a commitment to Safety and accuracy in all tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stock merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment using RF scanners and other technology.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory management.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations, including proper use of PPE.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Must be able to perform frequent Lifting of products weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Demonstrated ability to follow Safety procedures and best practices.
- Physical ability to perform tasks including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
