We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, from receiving and storing goods to picking, packing, and shipping orders. This is a fast-paced environment where your attention to detail and commitment to efficiency are key. You will contribute directly to the smooth functioning of our logistics operations, ensuring our customers receive their products accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
- Assist with general warehouse maintenance and organization.
- Report any discrepancies or damage to inventory or equipment.
- Must be able to handle repetitive Lifting of boxes and items up to 40 lbs.
- Support team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and basic inventory control.
- Understanding of workplace Safety practices.
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving frequent motion and Lifting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
