Our rapidly growing logistics company in Minneapolis, Minnesota, is seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator. If you have a proven track record of operating reach trucks safely and efficiently in a warehouse environment, we want to hear from you! As a Reach Truck Operator, you will be responsible for moving, stacking, and retrieving inventory at various heights within our facility. This role is critical for maintaining organization and accessibility of our stock, contributing directly to the efficiency of our logistics operations. Key responsibilities include operating the reach truck to load and unload pallets, replenishing inventory, and picking orders as required. You will also perform pre-operation inspections of the equipment to ensure safety and functionality. A strong commitment to safety is essential; you must strictly adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of appropriate PPE. This position involves regular operation of machinery and may require occasional lifting of materials when not operating the equipment. Experience with other warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, is a plus. You will work collaboratively with other warehouse personnel to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
