Responsibilities include: Supervising and directing the daily activities of warehouse staff. Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments. Managing inventory levels and conducting regular audits. Implementing and enforcing all safety policies and procedures, including proper PPE usage. Training and developing warehouse personnel. Optimizing warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency. Monitoring performance metrics and implementing corrective actions. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations. Maintaining equipment and ensuring a clean and organized work environment. The ability to perform tasks involving lifting up to 50 lbs and working extended hours as needed is required.
