In this role, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, and shipping of goods. Your commitment to accuracy and speed is essential for meeting our service level agreements. This position requires a strong focus on Safety , and you will be expected to consistently use all required PPE and follow established safety procedures. The role involves considerable physical activity, including frequent Lifting , bending, and standing. You will be a key part of our Logistics team, ensuring that products move smoothly through our facility. We value teamwork and encourage a collaborative work environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock received goods in their designated locations.
- Accurately pick items to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for shipment.
- Prepare shipments for outbound transportation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE .
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and audits.
- Support overall Logistics operations through efficient task completion.
- Perform duties that involve regular Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including repetitive Lifting , bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics principles.
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety and proper use of PPE .
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
