As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in a variety of tasks essential to our daily operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This role is fundamental to our logistics and supply chain success. You'll work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the efficient flow of goods. A strong emphasis is placed on Safety, requiring all team members to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to established safety protocols. This physically demanding role requires the ability to perform tasks involving regular Lifting and movement. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and storage areas with goods.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to instructions.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Operate hand trucks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and use required PPE.
- Assist with inventory management tasks.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve operational goals.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including regular Lifting.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to following Safety guidelines and wearing PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
