In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We prioritize a safe working environment and require all associates to utilize provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role involves considerable physical activity, including frequent Lifting and moving of goods, so a good level of fitness is necessary. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or discrepancies.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the distribution center.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and logistics.
- Willingness to learn and operate various warehouse equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to following safety guidelines and using PPE.
