As a Warehouse Worker, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth flow of goods within our logistics network. Your duties will include receiving and unloading shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for dispatch. A strong commitment to Safety is paramount, and all employees must rigorously follow established protocols and utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role requires individuals who are physically fit, capable of handling moderate Lifting, and able to maintain efficiency in a busy warehouse environment. You will work collaboratively with other team members to meet operational targets and maintain a high standard of accuracy. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming materials and products.
- Stock and organize inventory on shelves and in designated areas.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for shipment.
- Assist with preparing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company Safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.
- Contribute to team efforts and overall warehouse productivity.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs) and other physical tasks.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Good communication skills.
