We are seeking motivated and reliable Fulfillment Associates to join our growing warehouse operations in Colorado Springs, Colorado. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your duties will encompass a range of warehouse activities, including picking products, packing orders, stocking shelves, and assisting with shipping preparations. This dynamic role requires a strong commitment to efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to our high standards of Safety. You will work within our sophisticated logistics system, utilizing various tools and technologies to manage inventory and process orders. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and collaborate with team members is essential. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory to ensure your well-being and compliance with all safety regulations. This position involves regular physical activity, including standing, walking, and moderate Lifting. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Stock and organize inventory on warehouse shelves.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Assist with receiving and put-away of incoming goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as required (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners).
- Follow all Safety procedures and utilize required PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
- Contribute to team goals and overall warehouse efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with physical tasks, including regular standing, walking, and moderate Lifting.
- Knowledge of warehouse Safety standards and PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
