Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves and storage locations with incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and counts.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, utilizing all mandatory PPE.
- Adhere to established logistics and operational workflows.
- Practice safe lifting and material handling techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals.
- Report any safety hazards or operational issues promptly.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
