Join our fast-paced fulfillment center in Columbus, Ohio, as a Picker/Packer! This crucial role directly impacts customer satisfaction by ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will involve accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on order slips, meticulously packing these items into appropriate shipping containers, and applying correct labels for transit. You will also assist with inventory counts, restocking shelves, and maintaining an organized and safe workspace. We are looking for individuals with exceptional attention to detail, a strong sense of urgency, and a commitment to quality. This position is a key part of our logistics chain, ensuring the smooth delivery of products. Teamwork and effective communication are highly valued as you collaborate with colleagues to meet daily targets. Safety is our utmost priority; therefore, all employees must strictly follow Safety guidelines and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required. This role requires active participation, including extensive standing, walking, and the ability to handle Lifting tasks involving items up to 45 lbs. Experience in a picking or packing role is beneficial, but we provide thorough training for motivated candidates.
