We are seeking reliable Warehouse Workers for our facility in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This is a fundamental role contributing to the efficient operation of our logistics and distribution center. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. Your dedication to accuracy and adherence to Safety protocols are paramount. This position requires physical stamina and a willingness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented environment. You will be a key part of ensuring our operational success.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming goods.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare items for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Load and unload delivery vehicles as needed.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is an advantage.
- Ability to perform manual tasks and regular Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- A strong commitment to workplace Safety.
- Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
