We are seeking energetic Warehouse Workers to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, encompassing a wide range of tasks including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping. You will be part of a dedicated team ensuring the efficient movement of goods within our facility. We maintain a strong emphasis on workplace Safety and expect all employees to strictly follow safety protocols and wear all required PPE. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves and designated storage areas with incoming merchandise.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications.
- Load and unload materials and products from trucks and containers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, as needed.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Perform physical tasks including regular Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Wear required PPE at all times, including safety vests and steel-toe boots.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with other warehouse duties as assigned to support logistics.
Qualifications:
Must be able to perform physical duties, including frequent Lifting. Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of and commitment to Safety is required. Must be comfortable wearing and using required PPE.
