Join our fast-paced warehouse team as a Picker/Packer in St. Louis, Missouri! We are looking for energetic individuals to accurately and efficiently fulfill customer orders. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for locating, picking, and packing products according to order specifications. This role is fundamental to our Logistics operations, ensuring that our customers receive their correct orders in a timely manner. You will utilize handheld scanners to track inventory movements and ensure accuracy. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a physically demanding environment that requires significant Lifting and standing for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves using order sheets and scanners.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into boxes or other shipping containers.
- Verify order accuracy before packing.
- Label packages for shipment.
- Assist with loading and unloading of trucks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all Safety procedures and wear required PPE .
- Contribute to team goals and uphold productivity standards.
