Join our bustling Distribution Center team in Provo, Utah, as a Distribution Center Associate! This role is critical to the efficient flow of goods, from receiving to dispatch. You will be involved in a variety of warehouse operations, ensuring that inventory is managed accurately and orders are processed promptly. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in the fast-paced world of logistics. Your responsibilities will span from unloading trucks to preparing shipments, making you an integral part of our supply chain. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Comprehensive training will be provided, so prior experience in a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory. You will play a key part in maintaining the integrity of our inventory and ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition. The ability to work effectively in a team setting and follow instructions precisely is crucial. We emphasize a culture of safety, providing all necessary PPE and encouraging best practices. Regular Lifting of materials will be a part of your daily routine. Become a valued member of our logistics network and contribute to our continued success. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
- Accurately store and organize inventory within the distribution center.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely (certification may be required).
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with cycle counting.
- Ensure compliance with all warehouse safety regulations and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Load trucks for outgoing shipments.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or equipment issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics operations.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proven experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is a plus.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning technology.
- Physical capability for heavy Lifting and prolonged standing/walking.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and the use of PPE .
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic Logistics environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed.
