In this role, you will be the frontline in ensuring our customers receive the correct products in a timely manner. Responsibilities include locating and retrieving items from warehouse stock, verifying order details, and preparing items for shipment. - Accurately select and retrieve products from warehouse shelves based on order tickets or scanner information.
- Verify item numbers, quantities, and descriptions to ensure order accuracy.
- Safely transport picked items to the packing or staging area.
- Package items carefully to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the picking and work areas.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear and utilize all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or dollies when necessary.
- Immediately report any stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
- The role involves frequent Lifting of products, typically up to 40 lbs.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve operational goals.
- Understand fundamental logistics processes.
- Demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work productively in a dynamic warehouse environment.
- Punctual and reliable attendance is a must.
- Commitment to upholding safety standards.
