Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stocking and organization.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
- Conduct routine quality checks on merchandise.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and company policies.
- Assist with periodic inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is advantageous.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task completion.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Basic knowledge of logistics operations is helpful.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
