About the Role:
As a landscape foreman, you’ll be responsible for managing a small crew (1–2 team members) to complete assigned lawn maintenance or landscaping projects safely, efficiently, and on budget. This role includes regular client interaction—from kick-off to end-of-day walkthroughs—to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

You’ll work throughout Central Maryland on a variety of residential and commercial properties, delivering top-tier lawn maintenance, landscape enhancement, and installation services.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior landscaping or lawn care experience (highly preferred - we will continue to train the right person)
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team mindset
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)
• Ability to lead and communicate with crew members and clients effectively

Position Details & Benefits:

• Pay: $22.00–$28.00/hr (based on experience)
• Schedule:
• • 4x10-hour days (Monday–Thursday)
  • Occasional Fridays/Saturdays during peak season with potential OT available
• Paid Time Off:
