To strengthen our activities related to property management and facility management, we are looking for a General Services & Infrastructure Manager for our headquarters in Geneva.Your main responsibilities:- Management of premises and infrastructure.- Management of the Group's premises (GE, VD, VS), including deposits and parking: contractual monitoring, and conditions if necessary.- Analysis of workspaces (plans, signage, layouts).- Supervision of works (renovations, relocations): request for quotes, validation of invoices, and quality control.- Supervision of regular maintenance and technical interventions (electricity, locksmithing, etc.), parking management, and subscriptions related to the Group's mobility policy.- Budget management and follow-up on the infrastructure budget.- Control of expenses and leverage, and transmission of invoices.- Management of suppliers.- Inventory, monitoring, and continuous updating of supplier databases and processes.- Mobility, safety, and mobility cost management (subscription choices, monitoring compliance of buildings signage, fire extinguishers, existing pathways , and monitoring safety measures).- Drafting and updating procedures for exercises and layouts.- Analysis of needs and existing conditions.- Research for adapted solutions and management of deliveries, and budget follow-up.Profile:- Experience in facility management, building technology, logistics, or management.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical building management, facility management, or general services, ideally in a multi-site environment.- Proven experience in works, budget monitoring, and cost control.- Mastery of common tools (MS Office), with an advanced level in Excel.- Knowledge of Quorum software, experience in management and project management.- Very good spelling and writing skills.- Ability to negotiate with clients and suppliers.- Excellent sense of service and autonomy.- Analytical ability, attention to detail, awareness of internal clients, reactivity, and a service-oriented approach.We offer:- The opportunity to join a large family-owned company in full development.- A pleasant working environment close to all amenities.- A remuneration corresponding to your skills and performance.- 5 weeks of vacation.- Flexible hours.- Work location in the city center.- Start: immediately.Loyalty, performance, and dynamism are the qualities that drive all of our teams.
