At Your Table Catering is a boutique, fine-dining–focused catering company delivering
elevated restaurant-quality experiences in private homes and unique venues. Founded in 2018, we have built a solid reputation and strong clientele. I am now looking to expand and scale the business, and am seeking a dynamic, hands-on General Manager to lead front-of-house operations, support
day-to-day business functions, and grow with us into a potential long-term partnership.

Position Overview
The General Manager will oversee front-of-house service, event execution, and
administrative systems while supporting overall company growth. This role requires a
leader who is equally comfortable running a polished dinner service, managing staff,
communicating with high-end clients, and handling operational details behind the scenes.
This is a growth-oriented position with the potential for profit-sharing and future
partnership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Front-of-House & Event Leadership
- Lead and execute fine-dining–level service at private events
- Manage and mentor FOH team members
- Oversee event setup, flow, and breakdown
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and decorum with clients
- Step into service roles as needed (no task too small)
- Recruit, train, and manage front-of-house staff
- Foster a positive, accountable, team-first environment
- Model urgency, excellence, and hospitality at all times Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage scheduling, staffing logistics, and event planning details
- Support client communications and follow-ups
- Assist with invoicing, systems organization, and workflow management
- Help refine internal processes as the company grows
- Provide hands-on support in day-to-day operations Business Growth & Development
- Contribute to strategic planning and forward-thinking initiatives
- Support brand growth and operational scaling
- Participate in discussions around long-term growth, profit-sharing, and
partnership opportunities
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3–5+ years of management experience in hospitality
- Strong background in fine dining service
- Proven ability to lead and run a professional FOH team
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Working knowledge of bartending and beverage service
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required

Compensation & Growth
- Competitive base compensation (commensurate with experience) starting at $75,000/year
