Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Warehouse Operative to join our team in Morden, Canada .

This role supports efficient and high-quality warehouse operations while contributing to the premium positioning of the profine Group and its Kömmerling brand. The position covers daily logistics activities including goods receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and transport coordination.

You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, productivity, and high service standards across all warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload goods using appropriate equipment, including forklifts
• Receive and inspect incoming materials
• Maintain inventory accuracy and system integrity
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Work in compliance with all safety, quality, and operational standards
• Administer quality issues and inventory movements
• Conduct cycle counts and support annual stocktakes
• Liaise with customers, transport providers, and logistics partners
• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping at all times
• Support transport planning and dispatch activities

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Solid mathematical and numerical skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Valid forklift license or willingness to obtain one

Preferred:

• Experience with stocktake and inventory control processes
• Continuous improvement mindset
• First aid certification

This position offers an hourly wage of CAD 18.00.
