As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Crypto Operations Analyst to help strengthen and evolve the engine that powers our platform.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will support and improve the operational infrastructure behind our crypto trading platform.

You’ll work across trade settlements, reconciliations, liquidity management, wallet operations, reporting frameworks, vendor oversight, and new product initiatives — ensuring the business runs accurately, efficiently, and in line with regulatory expectations.

You will have visibility across product, compliance, finance, and engineering. If you like understanding how systems truly work, and improving them, this role will suit you.

Responsibilities

• Support daily crypto operational workflows (settlements, reconciliations, wallet movements, liquidity monitoring)
• Identify discrepancies, operational risks, and process gaps and drive resolution
• Build and refine KPI dashboards and recurring operational reporting frameworks
• Analyze transaction and financial data to uncover trends, performance drivers, and cost efficiencies
• Assist with audits, regulatory information requests, and documentation of key controls
• Improve and document processes to increase scalability and reduce operational risk
• Support vendor oversight and cost optimization initiatives
• Partner with Product and Engineering to support new product launches
• Design and document operational processes, controls, and workflows required for new features or market expansions
• Translate high-level product concepts into structured operational requirements and task plans

Qualifications

• 2+ years in consulting, corporate strategy, fintech, financial services, operations, or a high-performance environment
• Strong academic background in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; comfortable building structured analyses and models
• Highly detail-oriented with strong process discipline
• Comfortable working in regulated or compliance-focused environments
• Clear communicator who can translate data into insight
• Genuinely curious about crypto and digital asset markets

Experience in crypto is helpful but not required. Analytical horsepower and operational judgment matter more.
