Job Title: Finance Manager II (Monetization Operations)

Location: Toronto, CA (Hybrid - 3 days/week)

Duration: 9+ months contract (will extend)

Max Pay Rate: CAD $53/hr. on T4

We are hiring a Monetization Analyst/Manager to support special pricing strategy, promotions, and revenue optimization initiatives across US & EU markets.

This role sits within the Monetization team and partners closely with Finance, Seller Management, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Analytics to drive incremental GMV and margin impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Execute and optimize special pricing contracts & promotions
• Evaluate pricing requests based on GMV, margin impact & buyer experience
• Build financial models to forecast incremental GMV & revenue tradeoffs
• Create dashboards and performance reports
• Partner cross-functionally to drive data-backed decisions
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in ecommerce / marketplace / retail (B2C)
• Strong financial modeling & analytical skills (Excel)
• Understanding of fee structures, discounts & incentives
• Experience in pricing, revenue strategy, or commercial finance
• Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
• CFA (progress toward designation is a plus)
