This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Construction Project Manager located in Woodbridge, ON. The Senior Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, coordinating, and managing resources to ensure timely completion within budget. Responsibilities include project scheduling, supervising project teams, liaising with clients, contractors, and vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This role requires proactive problem-solving and decision-making to ensure project objectives are achieved successfully.
- Proven expertise in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
- Strong skills in Project Management and Project Coordination
- Experience and proficiency in Budgeting and financial resource management
- Knowledge of safety regulations, construction processes, and quality control practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Experience working in the construction industry; experience with large-scale projects is an asset
- Proficiency in project management software is an advantage
