About the Role

The Executive Operations Lead exists to increase founder leverage across the organization. The mandate is simple and non negotiable: ensure that priorities, decisions, information, and accountability move from the Founder through the organization and back again reliably and quickly.

This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. While strong administrative capability is required, this position is accountable for execution, systems, and outcomes.

The Executive Operations Lead will act as the Founder’s second brain and execution engine, translating intent into action and maintaining the operating infrastructure that allows the organization to move quickly and scale.

What You’ll Do

Founder Executive Operations

Own the day-to-day operation of the Founder’s office

Act as the central coordination point between the Founder, leadership, and key stakeholders

Ensure clarity, follow through, and closure on Founder-level priorities

Operate with a no task too big or too small mindset

Accountability and Operating Rhythm

Organize and run leadership and staff meetings

Establish and maintain weekly and monthly operating cadences

Track objectives, ownership, and follow-through across teams

Ensure decisions convert into measurable execution

From Intent to Execution

Translate inputs and direction into clear actions

Capture outcomes and convert them into next steps

Move quickly with minimal instruction

Systems and Process Ownership

Identify breakdowns in how information, decisions, or work moves

Design and implement lightweight operating systems

Ensure requirements, updates, and accountability propagate across multiple business units

Research, Synthesis, and Communication

Conduct targeted research to support decision making

Produce concise briefs, summaries, and talking points

Distill complex inputs into clear, decision ready outputs

Financial and Administrative Operations

Support administrative and financial operations related to the Founder’s office

Coordinate with external advisors, accountants, and stakeholders

Maintain tracking, organization, and continuity across obligations

Time and Attention Management

Manage multiple calendars

Prioritize and sequence meetings to support focus and outcomes

Act as the gatekeeper and optimizer of Founder attention

What We’re Looking For

Strong project management and execution capability

Excellent written and verbal communication

Experience supporting founders, CEOs, or senior leadership strongly preferred
