Programs & Business Operations Lead

Job Description

• The Geos Team ensures local relevance and serves the needs of global hosts and guests

• Supports planning and execution of growth strategies across supply, demand, and other surfaces

• Business Operations Lead will join the Canada Business Operations team

• Reports to the Country Manager, Canada

Roles and Responsibilities

• Align all functions to achieve objectives set up with the Country Manager

• Drive regular business operation meetings with cross-functional project teams

• Lead weekly meetings across field & online operations, marketing, product, legal

• Analyze macro and micro trends and present insights and actionable plans

• Support senior leaders on key strategic projects across Canada

• Coordinate within local country, regional, and global teams as required

• Own conception, execution, and measurement of cross-functional initiatives end-to-end

• Define problem statements and articulate ideal solutions

• Identify dependencies and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve outcomes

• Support initiatives across demand, supply, and regulatory business areas

Your Expertise

• Minimum 10+ years of work experience

• Exposure to data-modeling, analytics, and project management

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to present at all organizational levels

• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders

• Ability to drive execution and align initiatives with company strategy

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize across functions

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Experience implementing initiatives across globally dispersed teams

• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments

• Hands-on approach to execution

• Comfort with manipulating large datasets in excel is required

• SQL proficiency strongly preferred
