This is a rare opportunity to step into a fully established, referral-based practice with strong patient flow and *long-standing* relationships with local general dentists.
*Compensation & Earning Potential:*
* 50% of production
* Average daily production: $8,000–$15,000, depending on individual scheduling preferences
* Full-time schedule: up to 5 days per week — build your ideal schedule
* $20,000 relocation bonus with a two-year commitment
* Buy-in/partnership opportunity available for the right candidate

*Qualifications:*
* NDSE Certified Specialist in Endodontics, eligible for licensure in British Columbia
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Perform non-surgical and surgical endodontic procedures
* Manage complex cases, including retreatments and apical surgeries
* Collaborate with referring dentists and specialists
* Diagnose, treatment plan, and educate patients
* Maintain excellence in clinical standards and patient care
