As we continue to grow and innovate, we are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Production Design Associate to join our Marketing Team. This role will help us share our passion for plants and creativity through engaging and meaningful storytelling across various digital platforms.
The Production Design Associate is a team player with a positive attitude who has a firm grasp of creating both web and print graphics, with strong attention to detail. This position will complete tasks that adhere to our visual branding as assigned by the Marketing & Design Manager.
The Production Design Associate will collaborate directly with the Marketing & Design Manager. The primary responsibilities of this role include producing weekly eBlasts, which include photographing product, writing product descriptions, and providing printed sales materials. Other duties include, but are not limited to, fulfilling weekly sign requests from our three retail stores for promotional and everyday needs.

Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of industry experience or a 2-year degree in graphic design or a related field.
- Deliver a proven portfolio showcasing photography, copywriting, and experience in Adobe InDesign.
- Possess strong copyright, computer, and editing skills.
- Proficient in Mac computers.
- Understanding of web and print design.
- Competence in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign. Competence in Adobe Premiere is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in web and print design.
- Skilled with DSLR camera.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrate promptness, reliability, and responsibility.
Essential Functions:
- Work in varying weather conditions including hot, cold, wet or dry environments, and direct sun exposure.
- Work on a variety of surfaces including, but not limited to, gravel, concrete, mud, or dirt.
- Perform physical tasks including standing, squatting bending, lifting arms above the head, and lifting items up to 50lbs. Team lifting is required for items over 50 lbs.
- Be available to work Monday through Friday.
- Stand and walk on your feet for multiple hours at a time with breaks as required by law.
- Operate effectively in a high-paced setting involving various individuals and teams.

- Maintain awareness of upcoming events and promotions.
- Collaborate with leadership and team members to ensure sound horticulture principles are clearly communicated through all media.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in shared workspaces during content creation.
- Answer phone calls professionally and courteously.
- Create weekly email campaigns.
- Create sign requests for weekly promotions.
- Assist in the production and ordering of store signage.
- Update email contact lists weekly.
- Stage, photograph, and edit product photos for the weekly e B last .
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed for brand consistency.
- Organize photo libraries.
- Effectively convey messages and collaborate with team members.
- Be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Edit photos using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Lightroom.
- Perform various other tasks as directed by the Marketing Manager.
