*Responsibilities for a Physical Therapist Include:*
* Plan, organize, and lead our Physical Therapy services in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations
* Collaborate with nursing, medical staff, and other departments to coordinate high-quality therapy care
* Develop individualized care plans, implement therapy programs, and monitor resident progress
* Participate in quality assurance and policy development
* Maintain accurate records, documentation, and billing in compliance with standards
* Provide education and communication to residents, families, and staff Requirements:
* Licensed as a Registered Physical Therapist (must be in good standing)
* Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
