Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape & Hardscape Foreman and Technicians to join our growing team. This role is responsible for installing high-quality landscape and hardscape projects including patios, walkways, retaining walls, drainage systems, plant installations, and outdoor living features.

The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, works efficiently in a team environment, and understands the importance of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Install paver patios, walkways, and driveways
  
• Build retaining walls (segmental block, natural stone)
  
• Perform grading, excavation, and site preparation
  
• Install drainage systems and erosion control measures
  
• Set base materials and compact to proper specifications
  
• Operate skid steers, mini excavators, plate compactors, and hand tools
  
• Install planting beds, trees, shrubs, and mulch
  
• Read and interpret basic landscape construction plans
  
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
  
• Work collaboratively with crew members and foreman
  

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in landscape or hardscape installation preferred
  
• Experience with paver systems and wall systems strongly preferred
  
• Ability to operate light equipment safely
  
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
  
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
  
• Valid driver’s license preferred
  
• Knowledge of proper base prep and grading techniques a plus
