Job Description

Position Overview:
We are hiring a detail-oriented Fertilization Technician to apply lawn treatments and ensure healthy turf growth for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Apply fertilizers, weed control, and pest control treatments
• Calibrate and operate spray and spreader equipment
• Identify turf health issues and recommend solutions
• Maintain accurate service records
• Communicate professionally with customers

Qualifications:

• Applicator license (or willingness to obtain)
• Knowledge of turf management practices
• Strong attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license is preferred
