The Mission: "Own Your Desk" In this role, you are the CEO of your accounts. You will balance the art of nurturing existing relationships with the science of aggressive market expansion.

• Manage the Legacy: Take over an established book of business, ensuring 100% retention through elite service and strategic upselling.
• The Hunter Mentality: You are expected to aggressively prospect and onboard new wholesale and mass-market accounts.
• Turn Leads into Partners: You don’t just "call" leads; you cultivate them. Turning a one-time inquiry into a high-volume, recurring customer is the heartbeat of this role.
• Strategic Architecture: This is your business. You will analyze your own sales data, forecast peak holiday needs (Valentine’s, Mother’s Day), and execute strategies to maximize your own P&L.

• The "Owner" Mindset: You take personal pride in your numbers. If a shipment is delayed or a customer is unhappy, you take it personally and fix it fast.
• 5+ Years of Floral DNA: You know the Doral market, you know the product, and you understand the cold-chain logistics of South American imports.
• The Closer’s Grit: You have a proven track record of taking cold leads and turning them into long-term, high-revenue partnerships.
• Detail Obsession: You understand that in the floral world, a minor oversight is a major loss. You are precise, organized, and relentless.
