We’re looking for a motivated and skilled Hardscape Foreman who can lead crews, deliver exceptional results, and support our ongoing growth. What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise hardscape installation crews
• Plan daily tasks, materials, equipment, and workflow
• Read and interpret plans, drawings, and installation specifications
• Ensure all work meets product standards, safety codes, and industry best practices
• Perform jobsite layout, grading, and excavation prep
• Operate skid loaders, mini‐excavators, laser levels, and truck/trailer setups
• Maintain tools, trucks, and equipment
• Solve on‐site challenges quickly to maintain timelines and quality
• Communicate clearly with team members to ensure efficient workflow
• Communicate with clients, addressing questions/concerns that may arise

Pay & Schedule

• $21.00–$30.00 per hour (depending on experience)
• Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM (Four Tens)
• Overtime available on Fridays
• Bi-weekly pay dates

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of hardscape or general construction experience
• 1+ year of jobsite management or crew leadership
• Ability to read plans and install to spec and code
• Strong planning, organization, and problem‐solving skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to drive a truck with a trailer
• Experience operating heavy equipment (skid loader, mini‐excavator, etc.)
• Physically able to lift, kneel, bend, squat, and work outdoors

Preferred (Not Required)

Experience in any of the following is a strong plus:

• Paver patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, grading
• Excavation, earthwork, or machinery operation
• Construction experience (basic plumbing/electrical related to outdoor builds)
