*Location:* Rawlins, Wyoming
*Pay:*
*Certified ARRT Technologists:* $25.51–$39.03/hr
*Non‑Certified Technologists:* $21.39–$32.36/hr
*Schedule:* 36–40 hours/week — rotating days, evenings, nights, and weekends
*Modality Pay:* Additional *$1/hr for each certified modality (CT, MRI, Mammo, etc.)*
*Incentives:* Sign-On Bonus or Relocation Package
*About the Opportunity*
*P3SG* is seeking a dedicated *Radiologic Technologist* to join our partner facility’s Diagnostic Imaging department. This position is ideal for imaging professionals who prioritise accurate studies, excellent patient care, and a collaborative work culture.
Those with additional modality credentials (CT, MRI, Mammography) can earn *extra hourly pay* and enjoy expanded clinical responsibilities.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Perform high-quality diagnostic radiographic exams
* Provide safe, compassionate positioning and patient care
* Follow radiation safety standards and ALARA principles
* Document and complete PACS/RIS tasks with accuracy
* Collaborate closely with ordering providers and radiologists
* Assist in other modalities when certified (CT, MRI, Mammography, etc.)
* Monitor equipment performance and report any concerns promptly
*Qualifications*
*Required*
* ARRT (R) credential or eligibility
* Current state Radiologic Technologist license
* Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
* Strong communication skills and patient-focused approach
*Preferred (Additional Modality Certifications)*
Candidates with any of the following may earn an *extra $1/hr per modality*:
* CT — ARRT (CT)
* MRI — ARRT (MR)
* Mammography — ARRT (M)
* Any other ARRT‑recognised speciality
*Physical Requirements*
* Frequent walking, bending, and patient positioning
* Ability to lift 30–50 lbs (and occasionally more)
* Comfort working in clinical and radiation-regulated environments
