The Java Fullstack Engineer will be responsible for providing end-to-end solutions as per customer requirements, leading requirements elicitation, creating application architecture documents, and ensuring high-quality deliverables throughout the SDLC.
Responsibilities : • Providing end-to-end solutions as per customer requirements. • Leading requirements elicitation. • Creating Application Architecture Documents (AAD). • Designing artifacts and reviewing team deliverables. • Delivering high-quality code. • Supporting deployment and post-deployment activities. • Assisting in transition activities. • Interfacing with internal teams and key stakeholders. • Analyzing and resolving issues to ensure high-quality deliverables at each stage of the SDLC within defined guidelines, policies, and norms.
Qualifications : Required : • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. • At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology. • Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time. • Experience in Java/J2EE development experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC). • Location for this position is Austin, TX. This position requires travel and/or relocation to project/client location.
Preferred : • At least 3 years of experience in Java/J2EE development experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC). • Ability to troubleshoot Java/Java EE applications effectively. • Hands-on experience with MongoDB, PL/SQL, and Oracle databases. • Proficiency in front-end technologies: ReactJS, JavaScript, JSP, HTML, CSS. • Working knowledge of the full SDLC lifecycle. • Experience in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning. • Ability to work with Client leads, Infosys leads, and cross-functional teams to design and develop application features. • Strong analytical capabilities, team player mindset, and platform support orientation. • Willingness to work under tight timelines with minimal supervision. • Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment. • AI/ML knowledge for integrating intelligent features into applications. • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) for deployment and scalability. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. • Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). • Strong understanding of security best practices for full-stack applications. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
