Our team collaborates with over 11,500 providers across more than 1,500 independent specialty practices. As a Senior Clinical Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in managing and overseeing member accounts using a proprietary data analytics tool tailored for identifying patients with urologic disease states. You will assist private practice urology groups with patient data analysis, identification, and generate informative reports for physician groups. In addition, you will educate member accounts on data analysis best practices, ensuring their success with the tool. This position is remote and can be based anywhere within the United States. Key Responsibilities Analyze patient data, identify patients, and produce reports for private practice urology groups. Manage member accounts using a specialized data analytics tool for urologic conditions. Educate external stakeholders on optimal practices for data analysis and collection to promote end-user success. Engage with patients and practices via phone to provide recommendations based on data insights and qualifications. Implement customer service strategies to support the organization’s goal of delivering quality urological care. Qualifications LPN or RN is highly preferred. 2-4 years of relevant working experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred. Urology navigation experience is highly preferred, along with relevant experience in the field. Strong attention to detail and communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders. Proficient in healthcare-related applications, including practice management and electronic health records. Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Exhibit professionalism, compassion, and care in all interactions. Maintain confidentiality regarding patient and corporate information. Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, while demonstrating strong listening skills. Adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining a professional demeanor. Role Expectations Apply established knowledge to handle varied tasks effectively. Work on projects that involve moderate complexity. Identify solutions to technical issues and take action as necessary. Use judgment within defined limits. Receive general guidance and detailed instructions for new projects. Work output will be reviewed for accuracy and reasoning. Expected Salary Range:
