*Position Overview*
Stealth Manufacturing is seeking a *hands-on ERP leader* to own and lead the full implementation of NetSuite across our manufacturing environment.
This individual will serve as the internal project owner and long-term system architect — driving process design, data migration, MRP implementation, production configuration, and user adoption. The ideal candidate combines deep NetSuite expertise with real-world manufacturing experience and understands how ERP decisions affect inventory accuracy, production efficiency, procurement discipline, and financial reporting.
This role will work cross-functionally across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Production, and Executive Leadership.
*Key ResponsibilitiesERP Implementation Leadership*
* Serve as internal project lead for NetSuite implementation
* Partner with implementation consultants while owning business decisions
* Define system architecture, configuration standards, and governance
* Build and manage project roadmap, milestones, and go-live readiness
Manufacturing & MRP Configuration
* Configure and optimize:
* Work Orders
* BOM structures
* Routings
* Backflush vs. WIP processes
* MRP planning parameters
* Demand planning inputs
* Ensure accurate inventory tracking (lot/serial/bin as required)
* Implement controls that eliminate negative inventory and data errors
Data Migration & Integrity
* Lead ETL processes from legacy systems
* Clean, validate, and structure master data (items, vendors, customers, BOMs)
* Establish data governance standards
Process Design & Optimization
* Redesign workflows for:
* Procure-to-Pay
* Order-to-Cash
* Production Planning
* Inventory Control
* Reduce transactional friction and manual workarounds
* Standardize reporting and KPI dashboards
Reporting & Executive Visibility
* Build saved searches, dashboards, and management reporting
* Improve visibility into:
* Inventory turns
* Production efficiency
* On-time delivery
* Gross margin by product/customer
* Support board-level reporting and financial accuracy
Change Management & Training
* Train department leaders and end users
* Develop SOP documentation
* Ensure adoption and accountability across teams
Long-Term System Ownership
* Serve as NetSuite system administrator post go-live
* Continuously improve workflows and automation
* Evaluate integrations and future modules
Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience
* Led at least one full ERP migration (legacy → NetSuite)
* Strong experience implementing MRP in a manufacturing environment
* Deep understanding of:
* Inventory management
* Production planning
* Supply chain operations
* Financial impact of ERP configuration
* Experience with data migration and ETL processes
* Strong cross-functional communication skills
* Ability to translate operational needs into system design
Preferred Qualifications
* NetSuite Certified Administrator or SuiteFoundation
* Experience in discrete manufacturing
* Experience supporting 3+ warehouse or multi-location environments
* Background in both IT and Operations
* Advanced Excel / analytical reporting skills
* Experience building custom PDF templates and saved searches
