Services offered include; diabetes education, diabetes management, diabetes prevention, insulin initiation and regulation, insulin pumpeducation, gestational diabetes education, diabetes counseling, andmedical nutrition therapy. Position Details: Full time, Endocrinology opportunity with academic affiliation Schedule: Monday-Friday, split call amongst large group of Endocrinologists Referrals from the largest primary care and specialty care practice in Indiana Practice location will include suburban locations and/or the downtown Indianapolis area Qualifications: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology Interested in current fellows and practicing physicians Visa sponsorship available for H-1B Compensation Details: Comprehensive benefits package includes group insurance (health, dental, life, disability), 401k with company match, PTO, relocation assistance and occurrence-based malpractice insurance coverage Indianapolis, Indiana
