Job Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of manufacturing equipment and plant systems Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and utility issues Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities Adjust and install machinery, power, controls, and utilities Use hand tools and machine shop equipment (lathe, milling machine, drill press, welder, etc.) Create and document work orders, track parts, and log maintenance data Maintain a safe work environment and follow all PPE requirements
Qualifications 2+ years maintenance mechanic experience (manufacturing preferred) Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems Technical training in mechanical/electrical systems; PLC knowledge preferred Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and production specs Strong problem-solving and data entry skills Must supply own tools High school diploma or equivalent required U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (sponsorship not available) Able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stoop, and work overtime/weekends as needed
