STS Aviation Services is hiring Aircraft Maintenance Production Supervisors in Melbourne, Florida. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee a dedicated maintenance crew and ensure all assigned tasks meet FAA regulations, customer requirements, and internal quality standards. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, technical expertise, and a hands-on leadership style to guide operations efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities Provide direct supervision over assigned maintenance personnel and tasks. Ensure maintenance work and documentation comply with FAA regulations and customer maintenance programs. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and manage shift schedules. Evaluate and estimate labor and material costs for maintenance projects. Coordinate with other departments to align maintenance flow plans. Identify and address training needs, tooling requirements, and special equipment needs. Co-sign for maintenance performed by uncertificated personnel when required. Maintain daily turnover reports to ensure shift-to-shift continuity. Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, aircraft maintenance practices, and inspection procedures. Ability to evaluate labor, time, and resources for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events. Commitment to safety, compliance, and quality.
