Sales Analytics & Enablement
LHH is seeking a data-driven Sales Analytics Specialist to drive revenue growth through analytics, forecasting, systems optimization, and strategic planning. This role plays a key part in enabling sales performance and aligning cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do

  • Partner with the VP of Sales on performance analytics, KPIs, forecasting, and sales planning
  • Build dashboards, scorecards, and reports to track trends and performance
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes
  • Identify pipeline risks and opportunities and provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, IT, Product, and Customer Service
  • Track target accounts, cross-sell effectiveness, and product sales plans
  • Support new product commercialization and sales readiness
  • Own and optimize IQMS for the sales organization
  • Prepare executive-level insights tied to KPIs and strategic initiatives
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 4+ years in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or Sales Enablement
  • Manufacturing or industrial experience
  • Strong CRM, Excel, Microsoft 365, and reporting skills
  • Excellent analytical and communication abilities
Salary Range: $95,000-$115,000
