What This Role Is

Arnold’s Landscaping is hiring skilled Landscape/Hardscape Installers to build high‐quality outdoor spaces. Our projects include paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, landscape beds, plantings, mulch, and property enhancements . We do not mow—our focus is on craftsmanship and long‐term landscape solutions .

Responsibilities

• Install paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features
• Perform grading, base preparation, and compaction work
• Install plants, mulch, edging, and landscape materials
• Read and follow project plans, measurements, and layout instructions
• Operate skid steers, compactors, saws, and other equipment (training available)
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Work with crew leaders to complete projects efficiently and accurately
• Interact professionally with customers when on-site

Qualifications

• Experience in hardscaping, masonry, or landscape installation preferred
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and perform physical labor
• Knowledge of paver installation and retaining wall systems is a plus
• Ability to use hand tools and power equipment
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in varying weather conditions
