Gardens Done Right Inc. is looking for the right person to join our team as a Landscape Lead Technician.

This is a hands-on position with room to grow into a Foreman role for someone who wants a long-term opportunity, not just a job.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Working hands-on in gardens and landscaped areas
• Planting, mulching, pruning, fertilizing, and seasonal cleanups
• Examining trees, shrubs, and plants for health and care needs
• Watering, weeding, cultivating, and general garden care
• Using and maintaining horticultural tools and equipment
• Inspecting, handling, and transporting nursery stock
• Helping keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
• Communicating politely and professionally with clients
• Supporting the crew and helping set the tone for the day

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of landscape or horticulture experience
• Plant knowledge and identification is helpful (but not required)
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to follow safe work practices
• Speak, read, and write English
• Valid driver’s license

Work Conditions

• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• 8-hour shifts
